How to disconnect agents manually

Included for free in plans

Access JivoChat with your Admin account and follow these steps:

Go to Manage > Teammates > Click on the Settings button of the agent you want to disconnect.


Right after, scroll down the page and click the "Log out agent" button.


That's it. The agent will be disconnected without prior notice!
