How to install JivoChat on WooCommerce

Installation using the official JivoChat module

Please go to our official WooCommerce extension page and subscribe.

Upon subscription, please Download our plugin.

Go to the "Plugins" section in your WordPress Dashboard. Click on the "Add New" button. Then click "Upload Plugin".

Find and select the plugin file that you downloaded as a .zip file and click on the "Install Now" button. After installation, click "Activate".

You will see a notification like below, click on the "Setup" button.

Here you can create an account, please read descriptions for each field.

Upon successful setup, you will see the page below. You can always come again to this page via WooCommerce -> Settings -> Integration tab. We strongly advise you to download our agent app for your desktop computer/laptop and your mobile phone. You can do the configuration & customization on your agent app.
