How to install the chat code on Bitrix

Installation in your template

Go into your Bitrix admin panel. Navigate to Site Templates. Control Panel/Settings -> System settings -> Websites -> Site Templates.


Then click «Edit».

If you don’t know what template you are using on your site, you can see it in this section: Settings -> System settings -> Websites -> Websites-Modify.

On the bottom, you can see a list of all templates, used on all of your websites.


Next, paste the JivoChat code before the tag. Make sure to save your new settings by clicking the «Save» button. And you’re done!


The JivoChat code is available in the JivoChat app, in the Installation section: Manage -> Channels -> Settings -> Installation.

Note: If you use multiple templates on your website, you will need to install the JivoChat code on each template.
